Icebox Cookies

This is hands down my favorite cookies!! It tastes good and has a nice texture. It reminds me of yoku komu cigar cookies ♥ I especially like Matcha flavor. Just a tiny addition of matcha green tea powder makes these cookies deep moss green and, more importantly, taste like it.

Possibilities are endless. I like the checkerboards; interlacing it with chocolate (another flavor I ♥). I can also add "ribbon" to make it like a gift box. Pinwheel is cute too :). Gotta explore some more, nom nom.

 

Oregon Ducks Cheer Kit

Oregon Ducks will be in Fiesta Bowl. For the game viewing party, my friend wanted a cake and cookies. I'm Wolverines fanatic myself and I know not to go any shorter than all-out :D.

For the cake to scream "O", I thought yellow and green were essential. Feathers are not to be missed as well. I decorated the sides with iced ladyfingers to maximize the colors. Feather was brought to the top along with green tinted coconut flakes. Last not but least, green ribbon to tie it all together.

I couldn't think of anything other than big "O" cookies in yellow and green :D. Together with football cookies, it's all set for the game.
