My friend's younger daughter is turning 2. She's into Hello Kitty - how cute!
I thought about many Kitties but I decided on one big Kitty to make the statement :D. I also wanted lots of pink!!
I made lots of pastel flowers to decorate around Kitty. I iced ladyfingers with two tones of pink. The focal point of big Kitty cookie was carefully decorated with royal icing. I had to re-create that expressionless yet adorable look of Kitty!! I also made a plaque out of a big sheet of cookie so that I could make that pastel pink.
Pink ribbon to tie everything together and here it is, Hello Kitty cake ♥♥♥
